Take It Outside, LLC Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking Information:  Please confirm trip availability on the desired trip page before booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip. The remaining 50% is required 7 days before our departure date. Payment in full at the time of booking is always accepted if you choose to do so. Most major credit cards, checks and money orders are accepted.  Please make checks payable to Take It Outside Excursions, LLC.

Cancellation Policy: There is no refund for arriving late or leaving an excursion early. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the excursion start date, your deposit is refundable. If you cancel within 14-30 days, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 10-14 days prior to the departure date you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (i.e., your deposit). Cancellation within 72 hours of departure forfeits your payment, as our excursion vendors and our contracts have been paid. 

No Exceptions to Cancellation Policy: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including, but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. We recommend purchasing Travel Cancellation Insurance.

Travel Cancellation Insurance: Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance may pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent, or visit the following website to compare insurers: http://www.insuremytrip.com.

Canceled Excursions: If Take It Outside Excursions, LLC must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement.  Take It Outside Excursions, LLC is not responsible for any guest costs and expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips. We try not to cancel our trips, and if we do, we will give you as much notice as possible. 

Liability Release Forms: Guests who fail to provide personal information and signed liability release forms prior to your arrival will not be allowed to join the excursion. The above cancellation policy will apply. Liability release forms will be sent to you with your Welcome Packet once you have reserved a trip. 

Welcome Packet: Once you have reserved a spot on a trip, you will receive a Welcome Packet with all the trip information including a suggested packing list, liability release form, health assessment, and other important information, .
