Our winter excursions will usually get you outside learning and burning, but sometimes we need a warm day indoors to rejuvenate our mental health and energy. We will offer both types of trips! We'll keep you warm and moving when we're outdoors in the form of hikes, trail runs, excitement, and campfires! And our Shine Free days will take place in a warm, quiet, indoor space, and these daytrips will include yoga, meditation guidance, energy healing, and Reiki sessions. We have a lot to show off in the Midwest in the winter, especially in the form of wildlife, winter landscapes, and snowy waterways. But we also very much value the idea of having a reset button to holistically prepare yourself for the New Year!
